J-Dachs Puppy Contract

       Health Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. The buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase or delivery time for a complete physical examination. Failure to do this, will void this contract completely. If within the 72 hours of possession of the puppy, you the buyer take the puppy to the Veterinarian and it is not to be in good health (to point it will not be a suitable pet), I the breeder, agree to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy to me immediately. I, the breeder am not responsible for any expenses incurred after possession. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a Licensed Veterinarian.

This puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects for 1 year from the date of birth.

If your puppy is found to have congenital defects, you may return it to me, the breeder, immediately, at your expense with a written statement from a Licensed Veterinarian, after an examination from my Veterinarian is agreed upon, a replacement puppy will be given.  I the breeder am not responsible for any Veterinarian bills you may acquire as the buyer. Under no circumstances is the seller/breeder to be held responsible for medical services once the buyer takes possession of the puppy/dog.

This puppy is being purchased as a pet/companion. It is your responsibility to love and take care of the puppy to the best of your ability. You the buyer agree to provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care and Love.

If the new owner is no longer able to care for the dog or puppy and it is unwanted, it is to be returned to me the breeder at no cost or refund.

Buyer certifies this puppy/dog is not for resale and that said puppy/dog will never be placed in an animal shelter or used for experimental purposes, and that this puppy/dog will never be tied up or chained.

I do not knowingly sell to puppy mills or medical experimental facilities.

The buyer and seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog.

All deposits are non refundable.

      I only take cash, Paypal, or a bank check. I do not take personal checks.

      My Health Guarantee does NOT cover Parvo, Coccidia, Giardia, or Parasites.
